‘This is the only real way to liberate lands occupied by Armenians’

During the regional forum in Moscow, Russia’s former OSCE Minsk Group co-chair Vladimir Kazimirov said that the Karabakh settlement should be withdrawn from the military context.

“This is the only real way, including, the liberation of the occupied lands, which, of course, belong to Azerbaijan. However, there is the issue of Lachin and a number of others, but these are trifles.
